Our max capacity is 100 including bride and groom. We have enough parking onsite for 50-60 vehicles depending on the size and always strongly encourage carpooling!
We do have a bridal suite onsite with full bathroom and plenty of getting ready space, but no groom’s quarters at the moment!

We understand that personal use is legal in the state of Washington; however, it is not legal to consume it in view of the public. Anyone caught smoking or consuming Marijuana products will be asked to leave immediately. Thank you for understanding.
Client shall maintain commercial general liability insurance with a limit of at least One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) in the aggregate. If alcohol will be served at the event, liquor liability insurance with a limit of at least One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) in the aggregate must be obtained. Policy must include a minimum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) Medical Expenses and must also include a Waiver of Subrogation. Client shall ensure that each policy (a) names Down By The Pond, LLC (b) is the primary insurance with respect to any claim and (c) waives all rights of subrogation against the additional insured parties. Your insurance policy is due 30days prior to your event. If coverage is not available through your existing renters or homeowners insurance, a single day event policy can be purchased through vensura.co https://www.vensura.co/ , www.eventhelper.com or www.wedsafe.com.
We understand that sometimes life happens and although payments are non-refundable, we will gladly offer a change of date if desired.
In order to book an event, a non-refundable reservation fee in the amount of $200.00 is due at the time of signing. A second payment of 50% of the package price 30days after signing. And the final 50% balance will be due 30 days prior to the event. Please note that all payments are non-refundable once received.
We will provide and set up and tear down of all included tables, chairs, and linens. At the conclusion of the event, we will return all décor items borrowed from our décor shed. We will dispose of all garbage and recycling but must be placed in receptacles by the client. The client will be responsible for removing all personal items from the Bridal Suite at the conclusion of the event, along with any rentals and/or additional décor they brought onto the property. Please note that Down By The Pond does not provide management of rental items from outside our venue.
We allow beer, wine, ciders and champagne to be served by the licensed and insured bartender we provide no hard alcohol. Last call must be one hour prior to event end time.
We are an outdoor venue and there is no licensed kitchen onsite, however we do provide a covered food prep area that includes a fridge, as well as access to electricity and non-potable water. We are happy to offer these amenities to visiting caterers.
We do not have any onsite lodging accommodations nor do we allow camping on the grounds. If lodging is needed there are several hotels within 15min of the venue.
No! We take fire safety very seriously and do not allow real candles or sparkler send offs.
We are currently an all outdoor venue and do not have any indoor space's available to host events. If you are concerned about inclement weather we highly suggest reserving a tent.
We do not accept Credit Cards, but we do accept ACH payments online.
YES! We ask that you and your guest respect our 10mph speed limit doing your best to keep dust to a minimum out of respect to the neighbors.
We allow dogs that are directly involved in the ceremony to be onsite. They must be leashed and picked up after right away and they are never allowed in the bridal suite. Guests are allowed to bring service animals only - non service animals will be asked to leave.
YES! Although we do have preferred list of vendors that do an amazing job, we do welcome all professionals to our space!
NO! The venue is located on private property and we consider unannounced visits to be trespassing. If you happen to be in the area and want to view the venue, please call ahead first! In the event you arrive unannounced, we reserve the right to refuse services. Feel free to call ahead!
